Receiving the product

The product must be kept at the temperature of -18°C; the product must be immediately stored in a freezer.

The FIFO rule (first in first out) must be observed, i.e. the older products must always be used first.

When removing the product from the box, cut out the lot number printed on the side of the box, and keep it together with the product.

The bag must be kept tightly closed, preventing a direct contact of the product with the cold.

Never re-freeze when thawed.

Decoration suggestions

SWEET PRODUCTS

Pastry sugar, flaked or chopped almonds, cinnamon, chocolate powder or chips, coconut, glaze.

SAVOURY PRODUCTS

Sesame or poppy seeds, grated cheese, spices.

DURING PREPARATION:

 Place the product on trays, using a release agent or parchment paper.

Brush the product with egg glaze.

Always Bake To the recommended Time and Temperature.
